- 1st thing I'd do is look into changing the orientation of the freezer. Maybe stand it up? You're not going to like leaning over/in it to put parts in/out.
- You'll need to gut it, and install insulation of some sort (I suggest mineral wool)
- You'll need about 9000W of elements, a contactor or SSR, and a temp controller with thermocouple.
