I am looking for ways to make repairs to plastic pieces prior to plating. I am going to be working on automotive items mostly such as dashes and small trim pieces. Mostly the repairs are going to be for chips, scuffs and cracks. Also what is the best way to determine what type of plastic it is?
Will a plastic welder work on all types of plastic??
Can a bondo type filler be used, or, what is the best filler?
