Been awhile since I posted, But to answer your question, I used the Hi Temp Engine paint. I put it on about 10 months ago and it's held up real well. I've had my oven up to 600 deg and it don't seem to bother it, But then it is supposed to be good to 1200 deg. The brand I used was
Dupli-color available at most Auto Parts Stores. I used Silver, of course.
My oven is 6x3x3, so get about 3 or 4 cans to do the job. Wear a mask, cause it gets thick inside while your spraying.
