See my three other BO post here...
1) Clean parts
2) Etch SS or other parts with a electro activator (caswell SSA) or use acid etch to "open" Pores
3) Rise and Seal immediately
Allow to Drip and soak throughly do NOT wipe or rise sealants
It LOOKS and FEELS wet and oily...then it's done right...
Dry and gritty, do again...
