Here's what I use. I have a Sears Die Grinder that I've used for about three years. I also went to Harbor Freight and bought a "speed reducer" primarily used for routers. I connected the speed reducer to my die grinder to lower the speed of the die grinder, and it works great! The only draw back is that you don't have as much torque at the lower speeds, but it does work!
