This is just from my experience as a new person to the polishing industry. I bought both of these polishes and there is a big difference. I used the mothers first on a motorcyle frame i had sanded and buffed and polished out. the mothers mag and polish did a wonderful job immediately, and after about 3 coats i was looking at a mirror (not a scratch in site). I then tried the flitz fiberglass cleaner and metal polish on the same side i just did.
OMG I could actually hear this stuff scratching the metal as i rubbed it in. I quickly removed the black residue and to my suprise there were more micro scratches than I had with after coming strait off the buffing machine. I dont know if this is the same for all metals or just aluminum, or just my experience. I thought I would share this with everyone, hope this helps. Oh is this polish acutually hiding the scratches through the layers or are they actually gone at this point?
