One thing i havent got though is grealess glue. I just put greaseless straight on my mops but on this site ( link below ) there seems to be a glue to put on the mops before the grealess goes on.

As Grommit says, i hope to get good enough so i can tell my boss where to shove it, specially after today. SO i need to find out the tools to do my work quickly without sacrifising quality. Quality is most important to me as thats what will get me my business going.

On the vibratory machines, i havent looked into these. Seen a site with some on but not sure about prices or what sized ones i could get or anything. Anyone got more advice on these?
to do quality work is one thing , to do a job fast is another thing , but to do a quality job fast is a whole different thing.
what i mean by that is if you do a job for a friend and you charge the guy like 50$it s not really important how long it takes to do or if there is few defects on the part BUT when you do it as a full time business , customers are way more demanding so you must deliver high quality work and at the same time you have to do it so that it brings you x amount of $ per hour to cover your salary and all the expenses , if that is what you want you will get there but my only advice is " take your time take it one step at a time do the job right and speed will come with experience"
