I never used it, but I assumed it was a paste or semi-liquid.

Formax website says: "Glu-Tite is gelatinous glue that is easy to apply to revolving buffing wheels."

If you hold it to a spinning wheel like you would compound, does it go onto the wheel...or is it too dried out?

I'd like to know if it works...
