If you're using lamps it's better not to have a fan. Lamps heat the surface of an object not the air. Moving the air around will just remove heat from the object and heat the air. It would take forever to heat all the air in a box that size by the radiated heat of the objects. You need different heat control methods too since you can't measure the air temperature to determine the amount of heat in the part. You'll need an IR heat sensor aimed at the part(s). And for even heating, you'll want the parts to rotate.
