What is the CFM requirement for the cheaper caswell PC gun? I have this gun that I got from them a while ago and recently my compressor blew up that I was using for PCing. The manufacture won't warranty it and now wants to know the rating because it blew up with only 1-2 uses. If anyone can answer this question please e-mail me at
ldecaria@comcast.net I am trying to get them to cover this compressor but they won't do anything unless I provide this info to them. I just used a small airbrush gun to airbrush my piston side skirts and domes with the dry film lubercant and the coating for the domes of the pistons that I got from caswell last week and this is when the compressor took a dump. The compressor only kicked on 2 times while doing the pistons too which is why I think it's just a junk compressor because it wasn't like it was running constantly. I was only doing 4 small pistons too. I was kinda ****ed off over this.
