hello guys!
I got an Aluminum item here the process I understand is, Zincate then Flash Copper. Reading the posts here the next step should be to plate in acid copper then nickel? Can I just miss this step out? And brush plate Nickel onto the Flash Copper?
The item in question is an aluminum casing and is brand new and shiny. I want to achieve a mirror finish when I will go on to plate in gold.
Also what is the difference between Flash Copper and Acid Copper?
