it will look solid at the bottom and water at the top , that's normal
mixing it up takes some time , you have to mix it well till they become one part
some tips
part must be completely cleaned or it will crack in uncleaned areas
don't over build or it will crack
if you get runs clean the part and start again or if possible clean the run only, if you don't it will crack .
i use the gun at 50psi some prefer lower , but as some say "what works for you , is the best way to do it"
