When it goes from that flat chalky look, to glazed, the coating is "flowing" and that's where you begin letting it cure for whatever time particular powder calls for. In my case, it was 20 minutes at 400 degrees. It sound so silly, but I was absolutely thrilled when I started seeing a shine on the part!
