Both these values are ranges that the device can support. The 3-32vdc input will require you to purchase a pid controller that can output a dc voltage signal within this range to drive the SSR.

The 24-380vac value means the ssr can can handle a switched voltage range between 24 and 380 volts AC. Most residential service can supply 120vac and 240vac.

With this SSR you would be limited to around 11,500 watts of heating elements.
