OK new pcer here. I have powdered some parts that didnt turn out as "deep in color " as I wanted so tried to put on a second coat. The powder seemed not to want to stick on the whole part. At one point it looked like it had chicken poks or something with the powder only sticking in small round spots. Should I sand between coats? I have both caswell guns and both seem the same no matter where the voltage is.
