I think a 2x2x2 oven is too small to build in most cicumstances. I would just find a old kitchen oven of that approx. size and save the effort. Now if you insist on building a small oven make it at least 3x3x3 then the element placement won't be quite so critical in space consumed and the oven will be more usefull to someone else in the future.
