Thanks for the replies. I have been looking for the last few days trying to decide which new "hobby gun" to purchase. I was thinking of purchasing the EW 1100 but the reviews that I have seen on the forums lead me to believe that the success rate of this gun is about 50% on multiple coats.

I can't complain too much about the little Red Line Neptune. I have been using it for over two years now with no problems up till now. Since I only paid $99 for it........it was a good investment for what it was.

I think that I will be calling Caswell today and order the 50kv unit. I just hope that it works well and is not a 31 day throw away gun. I go to Vegas quite a bit.............but I'm not much for gambling.
