I have been reading around the forum and did come across that posting. But I won't be making any of those mods to the internals just yet. (warranty reasons)
I have seen a couple of posts about the gun "halves" (front barrel) coming apart and that a nice slip fit might be the ticket. I think that I have a piece of 2" round UHMW in the shop that I just may chuck up in the lathe and turn a new nose half for the gun.
We shall see what happens this weekend with the new gun. I call Jason this morning and placed an order for a new 50kv and six spare cups to help out with powder change overs. I think while I am waiting on the system to show up, I might as well put together a nice cart with a gun cradle on it to make life a little easier too.
