Never heard of "bogarts", but that may be if they are one or two piece wheels, I was thinking of rims for spoke wheels, but know of none which would accomodate any 10" slick......for a second I thought you may have mistaken Italian made Borranis for Bogarts, but I seem to recall some Bogart brand wheels.
