Any other ideas of why it might not be sticking to the part? I used the same process that i've used in the past. Degrease, Blast (AO), Clean Off, Iron Phosphate, then Rinse, Shoot.

thanks , i polished that wheel to make sure it was perfectly smooth then i coated with caswell s( blackcat urethane)
