14kw (14,000) / 240 = 58.333A

Your circuit should have a 70A rating. The wire size will depend on the length of the run from the supply box. You could use #10 wire for short runs but anything over about 30', I'd go with #8 wire. (Larger depending on length.) As the length increases, the voltage will drop and the amps will rise. You should have no more than 3% drop in voltage in the circuit to meet standards. Larger wire (#8 ) will lower voltage drop. But like I mentioned, it depends on the run. More info is needed to make a wire suggestion.
