Default Zinc countertops

I am installing zinc countertops in my kitchen and would like to know how best to polish them. From what I have read, it can be finished satin or polish, I'm not sure which way I want to go yet. The counter is a fairly large surface of 6 feet by 7 feet. Not sure if something that can be used in a drill chuck is big enough for this job, or if a body shop type buffer is needed. Also clueless as to wheel type, compound, etc. I'm not sure if a body shop guy would know as they generally deal with painted surfaces, not raw metal.

Any and all help appreciated. Thanks.
