The complexity of your parts could complicate vibratory tumbling. A tumbler that big is going to start at about $3000 and go up from there and will require alittle know how for rigging up something to keep the parts from bumping each other.

Using blasting methods to remove paint or powdercoat will ruin the metal underneath, so all your stripping prior to anodizing would have to be done chemically. You will need At least 1 sealer tank and 1 anodizing tank big enough to fit your largest part.
