Your Mods are interesting, but I just bought my CW 50KV gun and don't want to void the warranty. I do have a problem and maybe you can help. When I pull the trigger for the first time no powder comes out and I have to shake the gun constantly while applying the power to the part. While constantly shaking the gun powder comes out in spurts and then no powder and spurts again and so forth. Honesty it is pain and I'm not talking about a little shake I have to shake the SH_T out of it. I have followed all the setup steps in the manual nothing helped. I did do a little troubleshooting with the gun to understand the inter workings. I believe that the curved tube is the pickup and there should be a slight vacuum here. As far as the supply air tube I see the small hole in it, although I believe that it was installed to deep because I only see about one third of about an 1/8" hole. On top of that there is no air coming out.
Please help if you can. I'm going to call CW Monday and see what they say
