The ground is always connected in a good spot. It is a wimpy wire though, but I don't think I can make it better. I have checked for the arch and it's seems to be working normal.
I've also done a couple of the mods, but that only helped me get more powder out...not help stick it to the part.
Has anyone tried one of these yet?

"ACTUALLY CHARGES THE POWDER BETTER COMING OUT OF YOUR GUN AND CAUSES IT TO STICK BETTER
GIVES YOU MORE CONTROL OF YOUR SPRAY PATTERN GIVING YOU MORE PRECISE WORK
BECAUSE OF THE BETTER CHARGE AND THE MORE FLOW CONTROL IT GIVES! YOU CAN GET THE POWDER IN CORNERS AND CRACKS THAT YOU COULD NOT BEFORE AND IT GIVES YOU A BETTER UNIFORMITY OF THE COATING
THIS NOZZLE WILL GIVE YOU IMMEDIATE RESULTS FOR LITTLE COST!!!"
I'm a little reluctant to try it.
If I hold the part...wont I get the sh*t shocked out of me? I'm only saying that, because I've done it and it hurts bad
