Now that you have it partly mixed it's going to be even more difficult to figure out how to get where you want to be. I've always used a car battery hydrometer to measure new solution. It's about a specific gravity of 1100 for the LCD solution. Some will say this is not accurate. It's always worked for me. It may be less accurate for used solutions due to desolved contaminents if you are trying to replace evaporated water.
