grommit,

thanks for the welcome. Just finished setting up my electric range for heating and also built a small powder coating station. Its 34" wide by 18" deep and I sloped the side walls in and inserted a funnel in the bottom to feed the powder not used into a can under the station. I even placed thin rubber mats, glued to the back ,sides and front so the powder will flow down the sides and be collected. I have the power supply on a shelf above foe easy access and the foot switch hangs on the side, along with my face mask and safety glasses. I hope to do a test coating later today. I use T-6061 aluminum and have been reading thru the postings to get ideas. I purchased the Liquiguard PC for pre-teating, but not yet sure of the exact proceedure to use it. the label says to spray a fine mist over the part, but can it be brushed on. don't want to dip as it wastes material and you can't re-use it. Have to keep reading posts.

Ben
