I've got sisal wheels, spiral wheels, and loose cotton wheels. I've also got greaseless compounds in 180, 240, and 400. In addition, I've got a black bar, a brown bar, a white bar, and a blue bar. As well as some English Custom Metal Polish.

Can I use some combination of this to shine up my tailpipe?

Thanks to all!!

Depends - when you say it's a new item, does that mean it's never been polished but is otherwise perfect? What surface does it have now? That will determine where you start. If the surface is dull but not machiined or scratched you may get away with no greaseless, maybe just start with the black/sisal.
