The defuser (if this is a Caswell gun or HF), will need to be unscrewed from the shaft. It's long winded, so just keep turning. When that's out, reach down inside the tube with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull out the metal piece. Next pull the plastic screw out of the bottom of the barrel. It should have an O ring on it. After you get all that out/apart, blow out every orifice you find and blow air through the barrel from the front and into the curved tube until no powder comes out. Then give it a good look to make sure there is no powder.
