What is the procedure for doing the two coat system. I know I need to outgas the block. Do I spray the chrome on while the block is hot, and at what point do I put on the blue. I reccomend you follow the same instruction in the sticky thread for extreme chrome with 1 difference: Use the lollipop blue instead of clearcoat.
