valve cover question
I have a guy who wants a honda valve cover powdercoated red wrinkle with the raised letters polished. I was wondering if I should: polish - clear - then red wrinkle, or polish - red wrinkle - then clear? I'm not sure what the outcome would be clearing over the wrinkle. I was wanting to clear the polished letters to keep them from oxidizing. I tried searching but didn't find anything about wrinkle & clear. Thanks Jason
