Default Carwiz, got a minute?

I'm having a dead brain issue with my PID hook up. I'm using a Contactor ( C25BNF240A Contactor, 40 Amps, 2 Poles, 120 Coil Voltage ) and the PID TET612. For the life of me I can't get it straight in my head how to run my jumpers. I just don't want to hook it up wrong and smoke it. The pic is the back side. I have 120v running to it and have the temp probe hooked up. I have a DPDT switch to turn it on and off. But can't seem to get this thing to go. Any thoughts?

The PID I used with my first oven is a Barber-Coleman. Oven works fine. But is wired differently.
Thanks, JT
