CarWiz is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: Carwiz, got a minute?

Yeah, you'll get EEEE if a parameter is out of range or inconsistent with other parameters. I couldn't cipher the resistance from the label. I was hoping you could measure with an ohmmeter but that's ok. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't overloading the PID relay. (3A max, IIRC).

I've listed your values and some new values I'd like you to try in blue. The Atdu (AT Skew) should have had something in it. It's used during Auto Mode as a target range. Yours being zero probably forced too much skew for the other control values. The default is 10 but I've run 3-5 with good results--If you have good insulation.

Try these values and run a cycle or two. Report what you find.

0036 settings
P=1 ---- 6
I=d ---- ?? Try 110
D=111 ---- ?? Set to default 20
Souf=0.2 ---- Set to .3 This should bring the Overshoot down
ot=02 (changed to 15) but mat go back to 5 ---- Yeah, try 4-5 for now.
File=0 ---- "Filt", Leave zero for now. But if temp jumps around again, set to 1

0089 settings
inty= (looks like a backward L) ---- OK-Yep, it must be Chinglish for "k".
outy=1 ---- OK
Atdu=0 ---- Set to 5.
PS6=0 ---- "PSb", This sets the TC off-set. If ambient is ok, leave zero.
rd=0 ---- Ok (0=heating)
C or F=1 ---- Ok (1=Fahrenheit display)
