I'll make it unanimous. The "ray gun" and skeleton arm sends my mind in all different directions. None of which relate to powder coating. At least that's what someone that doesn't understand PC might think. I can sense a thought that you may be targeting a group but that's best left out of a logo. And... I'm not quite sure what to make of the powdered sugar title.
It sure doesn't go with bones.
