Well the idea was to build a oven that I didn't have to worry about trying to get parts into without knocking the powder off. It seems that no matter how big you make the oven you always want to coat a part that is odd shaped or that is almost to big to go into what you have. My thinking was that by having the whole inside of the oven open I could do touch up even after the part is actually inside the oven.

Once I raise the box it is out of the way and I can have access all around the part so inspection is easier because I don't have to slide the parts in and out to look at them. I can shoot a second coat right in the oven while the part is still hot and I don't have to move them.

Probably not the most perfect way of doing things but I thought I would give it a try and see how it works. So far I think I'm going to like it once I get it set up where it's going to live.
