based on 0.56 sqft/part and you want to run 20 you have about 11 sqft total. At 28 ASF you are looking at about 300 amps, so I would look for a minimum 400 amp unit (a little room to grow.) As for the voltage rating, that depends on the target oxide thickness. Since you mention 32F I assume you are doing type III which typically is 1.8-2.2 mils. Getting that thickness you would need about 50 volts or more. If you are doing type II for clear or dye, then you can get by with 24 volts. Regardless of the rectifier, I would plan on a 3 phase 220 or 480 power input on a supply that size.

As far as finding one, if you want it new try Rapid, Clinton, or Aldonex, otherwise maybe a google for used anodizing rectifiers would help.
