Welcome to the forum. The (3) 2000 watt elements will only consume 25 amps so your service panel should easily support the circuit.

But imo 6000 watts is inadequate for this size oven. With 96 cu ft you are only looking at 62 watts per cu ft. I think anything below 100 will be an extremely slow heat up cycle.

The elements need to be wired in parallel, not series, so any of the wiring diagrams would work. Before buying any components finalize your control box layout and then match all components(pid, ssr/contactor, elements, etc.) Do a search on the schematics available here, or send me your email and I can forward several schematics I have.
