I would use hi temp wire running into the oven to the elements. Something like the MG wire McMaster Carr sells. Once the wiring is outside the oven, then 'normal' stranded wire will work fine and is relatively inexpensive. It just needs to be sized based on the current draw of the elements.

As Ted pointed out you do need to get to 10K watts minimum.
