I'm confused too James. Looks like the requirements are changing. On his first post, he stated this: "Is there any titration method i can use to solve it without using spectrophotometer or any costly device?".
Almasih: I think you will need to use a "wet ash" process but I'm still not sure that's going to give you what you want. As James asked, are you trying to recover the nickel, just determine if nickel is present or determine the percent of nickel?
