No one?
Would this be a good choice for a chiller:

1/2 HP model Or 1 HP?
For a 30 Gal anodizing system (sulf/acid bath) ~24" X 18" X 18" tank
Also, if so, do you draw the acid water through the chiller? Or do you make the chiller a closed loop system?
I was also going to use a heater & controller for USplastics so I can maintain a ~70 degree bath at ALL times...

A 1/2 hp will work for a 30 gal. tank. The electrolyte will need to be pumped through the chiller.

Also does anyone know of a smaller closed loop system with a titanuim heat sink for the transfer? Something at or less than $2,000... I want to hold a very close temp for accuracy...
If you run your tank at LCD anodizing acid ratio, yes. I have been running mine for over two years now. The majority of salt water aquarium chillers do not have many differences between them. The main concern is that it has a Ti heat exchanger. As far as that particular brand of chiller, I cannot say. I can find a link to the brand I currently use.

Here is an old post from when I got my chiller. I got the SubZero model in the lower link. They have made changes to their product lines. The one I got is a 1/4hp run on a 60 gallon tank. It took a while to get down to temp but holds it alright. If ambient temp gets too high 85+, it is borderline on being big enough.
How do you use the CL-650 Chiller?

Did you get your question answered?
I am running about the same size tank as you and I went with a 1/2 hp.
