cleaning tanks

Okay. So when your rinse tanks and such get dirty. How do you go about and drain the tank and clean it?

Okay my plan is to get a fitting on the bottom of the tank (drill through the tank) and connect a hose to it and pump water through it and have the tank overflow.

Just how to keep fresh water in the rinses. I think I figured an idea though.
