Default anodizing stripping

Hi I'm new to anodizing I want to polish my set of motorcycle forks they are anodized.What is the best way of getting the anodize off (beadblast?,anodize stripper in a long tank?) Help!!

Anodize stripper will remove it quickly and easily.

What does the part look like after it has been through the stripper, is it shiney or does it need to be polished.
