Default possible contamination?
I accidentally dropped a steel test clip and a wooden paint stirring stick(complete with some dried on paint) into my ano bath. They were in there for maybe 2 seconds. Would that possibly contaminate my ano bath, and how would I even tell?

No, you will be fine since you fished it out. Contamination will take some time with your "contaminants". If the bath is contaminated, weird results; occur, consistently.
