distilled vs. tap water and anodize time too short

I knew it was going to be something simple. Not enough dye in the dye tank. I have some beautiful jet black parts now. More details and pics are available if interested and I get a chance to type all of it up.

One quick note. Our tap water has no noticable effect on any of the processes. However I have not extensively tested this, But I may if I get a chance. I'm really impressed with the color I'm getting but that may be biased because of all my troubles. Cooling will be an issue for us in the summer and I will have to research that a bit to find a solution that works for us. Two more parts and I'm done... Well maybe. I might have to do some new parts for free because all the stripping and anodizing may have taken effect on the tolerances of a couple parts...
