Default Surface Area pre/post Bead Blasting

Does anyone have any guidelines for the increase of surface area after a part has been bead blasted?

I know there are a great number of variables here but is it 10% or more like 50%?

Thanks

Assuming that you are using fine glass beads, a 10% increase in surface area would be OK.
