Default teflon impregnated anodizing

I had someone ask me how to do this type of anodizing, and I was just wondering if there is any info on it, and if so where might i find it.

Everything I've read says that Teflon molecules are too large to get into anodize pores, way too large. The Teflon remains as a coating over the anodize; this does improve the lubricity of the finish, which is an advantage in some applications.
