What is the very best and simplest way to bright anodize Aluminum? Any kits available to purchase for bright anodize?

What is "bright anodize"?

Do mean high gloss anodize? If so, this is governed by the surface prep and the anodize thickness. There are no "kits" that are optimized for either.
