Angry s/s contamination?

A quick question for you. I just realised that someone, who was supposed to be helping me out, has just run some parts with the stainless steel exposed. I know this won't anodise as the s/s will convey most of the current.

Whats happened though is that the solution is now a bluey grey color - spent stainless I would guess - any ideas on whether I should ditch the solution now? or is it okay still?

Fortunately, the electrolite is cheap. Dump it.

If you are using the LCD anodizing formula, then I reckon its about 20 gals of battery acid.

Could have been worse!
