Default What is the absolute best

What is the absolute best conditions to anodize at, using 12 amps per square foot. All of the variables. Temp, Acid content, whatever else you can think of.

720 Rule
Temp. 60 - 72 degrees. I prefer low 60's. Slows dissolution.
5% acid - 3:1 distilled water : battery electrolyte
Tank agitation is very important.
