Default Grade 2 Ti, sufficient for racking?

Hi,

I'm going to be building some racks for my parts and was wondering if Grade 2 Ti is sufficient for this purpose? I'm starting off small so I ordered some .125" Grade 2 Ti. I noticed on ServiSure's site that they use grade 4 Ti. Does anyone know the reason for using grade 4?

Thanks for your help,

Craig

I use the grade 2. It works well as a spring or can be threaded easily. I also bought the 1/8in rod, and made my parts from that by simply cutting with a bolt cutter, and shaping the ends as needed.
